Required Skills: •Support and execute user research and human factors studies, including usability testing, interviews, observational research, and simulation-based evaluations. •Coordinate end-to-end study logistics, including participant recruitment, scheduling, communications, and research site management. •Prepare study materials, facilitate research sessions, manage recordings, and maintain accurate research documentation. •Collect, organize, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable research insights and reports. •Contribute to a variety of research methodologies, including heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, contextual inquiry, workflow analysis, surveys, and task analysis. •Maintain research facilities, equipment, digital tools, and simulated-use environments to ensure study readiness and operational efficiency. •Support compliance, governance, and administrative activities, including contracts, NDAs, vendor management, ethics processes, and audit readiness. •Drive research operations excellence through process improvements, standardization, knowledge sharing, onboarding support, and promotion of user-centered design practices. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI, UX, Anthropology, Sociology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing/Healthcare, Design Research, Market Research, or a related field.
