Required Skills: •Lead day‑to‑day management Electronic Warfare programs, ensuring successful execution across schedule, budget, EVM performance, risk, and deliverables. •Maintain a high degree of proficiency in Earned Value Management, including development and analysis of cost and schedule performance metrics, variance analysis, forecasting, and corrective action planning. •Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for assigned programs, maintaining clear communication, building strong relationships, and ensuring alignment with contractual requirements. •Communicates with leadership regarding matters of importance to the functional or business area. May conduct briefings with leaders. •Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and quality to drive program milestones and resolve issues. •Support two active Business Development (BD) campaigns, providing technical understanding, proposal inputs, and customer engagement based on EW domain knowledge. •Monitor and manage program risks, opportunities, staffing needs, and resource allocations. •Prepare and deliver internal and external program reviews, status updates, and financial reporting.
