Required Skills: •Analyze government solicitations and manage the end-to-end bid response process. •Develop and maintain proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and response templates. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams to gather input and write compelling, compliant content. •Conduct final quality assurance checks to ensure submissions meet all requirements and deadlines. •Maintain and update bid libraries, templates, and past performance documentation. •Track and manage multiple simultaneous bid efforts under tight deadlines. •Interface with contracting officers and procurement officials when clarification is needed. •Provide strategic input during proposal reviews (e.g., color team reviews).
