Required Skills: •Partner with customers and channel partners to understand their technical needs and design cloud storage solutions that support their business goals. •Serve as a technical resource throughout the sales process, including solution design, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer workshops. •Help customers integrate Wasabi with public cloud platforms, applications, backup solutions, and other technologies using S3 and related APIs. •Troubleshoot storage, networking, security, and integration issues while working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams. •Create technical documentation, best practices, and repeatable solutions that make implementations easier for customers and partners. •Stay current on cloud storage technologies and industry trends, and bring customer feedback back to internal teams to help improve the product and customer experience. Qualifications: •Applied hands-on capability in public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including object storage technologies such as Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, or Google Cloud Storage. •In-depth knowledge of S3 APIs, cloud storage permissions and policies, networking concepts, and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSL/TLS. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer needs and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
