Required Skills: •Design, develop, enhance, and support cloud-native web applications and enterprise platforms using .NET, Angular, JavaScript, SQL Server, and cloud technologies. •Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver value through Agile sprint execution. •Contribute to the development of high-volume, low-latency, and highly available applications that support mission-critical business functions. •Assess technical risks, identify solution alternatives, and provide recommendations to support technology and business objectives. •Develop and maintain technical documentation in accordance with SDLC standards and development best practices. •Partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support application enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing product support. •Participate in application modernization initiatives, platform architecture discussions, and continuous improvement efforts. •Support software quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to engineering standards. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, software design patterns, and data modeling principles. •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. •Knowledge of software delivery processes, source control, build automation, and deployment practices. •Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. •Demonstrated capacity to influence, coach, and collaborate with team members to drive successful outcomes.
