From the #1 dress pant brand in North America to the #1 belt and wallet, RAA sets the standard for excellence and innovation Required Skills: •Design, develop, test, implement, and support applications on the IBM iSeries platform using RPG IV, RPGLE, Free-Format RPG, SQLRPGLE, and CL. •Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. •Support and enhance mission-critical ERP, WMS, distribution, finance, and supply chain systems. •Develop and maintain DB2 for iSeries database structures, SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning initiatives. •Create and support integrations with internal and external systems through APIs, web services, EDI, message queues, and file-based interfaces. •Troubleshoot application issues and participate in root cause analysis for production support incidents. •Partner cross-functionally with business users to identify process improvement opportunities and automation initiatives. •Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards, security practices, and documentation requirements.
