They bring strong Kotlin expertise, a quality-first mindset, and a commitment to building secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions at scale. •Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android development frameworks. •Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and backend development teams to translate business objectives and customer needs into scalable technical solutions. •Own software solutions end-to-end, from understanding business requirements and technical design through implementation, production deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement. •Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions, contributing to application architecture, design standards, performance optimization, scalability, maintainability, and security best practices. •Champion a shift-left approach to quality by proactively incorporating testing, validation, observability, and reliability considerations throughout the development process. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. •Strong proficiency in Kotlin and the Android development ecosystem. •In-depth knowledge of secure software development principles and application security best practices. •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. •Demonstrated capacity to independently own features and deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
