You’ll help us tell the stories behind our products, our people, and why financial confidence should be accessible to everyone. •Drive day-to-day workflow for the creation of posts, including drafting copy, coordinating or creating creative assets, editing, shooting, routing content for reviews and approvals, and maintaining accurate compliance documentation. •Schedule and publish content using social management tools, ensuring tagging, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements are met. •Monitor engagement and comments across channels, flagging audience questions, trends, or potential risks by responding directly or routing to the appropriate team. •Pull weekly and monthly performance metrics to contribute to reporting and optimization efforts. •Partnering with Marketing, Creative, and Comms, assist in packaging product launches, research, and marketing initiatives into social-ready formats including product explainers and social first stories.
