Ensure artifact quality and team focus. •Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews or demos, program increment planning, and retrospectives. Qualifications: •3+ years of Scrum Master experience with a focus on Kanban. •Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM I, or equivalent. •Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to present persuasively and informatively to all levels of the organization. •Skilled in relationship building and coaching individuals shifting to an Agile mindset. •Demonstrated capacity to tailor Agile approaches such as Scrum or Kanban to team context. •Problem-solving orientation with capacity to manage multiple efforts of varying complexity. •Learner mindset with aptitude to apply lessons learned. •Jira or Power BI exposure preferred. •Prior project management background and telecom familiarity are beneficial but not required.
