Required Skills: •Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where data and analytics can improve decision-making and business performance. •Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and translate business objectives into functional, reporting, and analytics solutions. •Document and maintain business processes, business rules, acceptance criteria, data definitions, and metadata to support governance and solution delivery. •Facilitate alignment on KPIs, metric definitions, reporting standards, and business glossary requirements to ensure consistency across the organization. •Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, root causes, and actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. •Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver scalable data and analytics products. •Validate data quality, accuracy, consistency, completeness, and lineage across datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions, driving issue resolution when needed. •Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams by managing priorities, facilitating stakeholder alignment, communicating project status and risks, supporting user acceptance testing, driving adoption, and handling ad hoc analytics initiatives. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree •Proficient in SQL queries and working with relational databases. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. •Self-starter with an ability to drive projects from initiation to completion. •Adept at prioritizing work and key projects based on the needs of the team and the business. •Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
