Required Skills: •We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. •The ideal candidate brings strong commercial leadership, experience in healthcare technology or medical devices, and the ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. •Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team focused on digital technology growth and commercial excellence in partnership with other Medtronic business units. •Develop and execute regional strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and revenue performance. •Establish clear goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability for results. •Build and manage pipeline through disciplined field execution and strategic account planning. •Partner with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Customer Success to support launch readiness and market execution. •Align with field leadership and internal stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and optimize customer coverage. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required. •Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in sales leadership. •Demonstrated success leading teams and driving revenue growth in a complex commercial environment. •Demonstrated capacity to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including occasional short-notice travel. •Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities. •Proven ability to build partnerships across a matrixed organization. •Strong business acumen, forecasting, territory planning, and performance management skills. •Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. •Demonstrated capacity to enter customer clinical or patient care areas may be required depending on assignment and site requirements. •This is a remote role with primary responsibility for the U.S. West region. Candidates should reside within the West region and have access to a major airport. Regular travel throughout the region is required.
