The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strong desire to grow within the field of Talent Acquisition. •Review applications and resumes daily to identify qualified candidates for open positions •Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidate fit, experience, and interest •Manage candidate progression through JazzHR and maintain accurate records throughout the recruiting process •Communicate regularly with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate feedback, and next steps •Extend offers, verify offer letters, and initiate onboarding activities, including background checks and fingerprinting (as applicable) •Manage the Facility Agent Card (FA Card) process, including fingerprint scheduling and document tracking, for assigned hires •Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness at all stages of the hiring process Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to sit, stand, walk, use office equipment, lift to 25 lbs., and travel between company locations as needed •Professional office environment with periodic travel to retail, cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and corporate locations. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
