Qualifications: •The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership experience with technical literacy, commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise and government environments. •At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects with budgets of $1M+, durations of 12+ months, and involvement from multiple government departments or stakeholder groups. •Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different stages of delivery. •Demonstrated experience owning project budgets, monitoring burn, and managing scope discussions directly with customers. •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or a comparable technical degree program. •In-depth knowledge of enterprise software delivery and sufficient technical literacy to interpret configuration repositories and workflow diagrams. •Working proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including building boards, dashboards, and saved filters rather than simply managing individual tickets. •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing customer demands and complex technical issues. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage effectively with C-level and executive stakeholders. •Demonstrated capacity to quickly understand and apply new technologies, methodologies, and delivery practices.
