Required Skills: •Manage the Global Master Schedule, deadlines, executive presentation timelines, and associated travel planning. •Prepare Monthly Executive Presentations and Monthly Interior Design Status Reports in InDesign. •Create and maintain expense reports for senior leadership. •Coordinate travel logistics, meeting agendas, and conference calls. •Manage and update the Weekly Interior Design Presentation Folder. •Assist in developing Department Design Guidelines and Training Manuals. •Maintain and update internal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents. •Provide advanced technical support using MS Projects, Primavera, Adobe InDesign, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD. Qualifications: •Authorization to work in the United States. •Minimum five years’ experience in interior design project coordination or project management. •Advanced computer skills including MS Projects, Primavera, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills. •Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple deadlines. •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience. •Demonstrated capacity to access assigned workspace with or without reasonable accommodation. •Demonstrated capacity to work indoors and be exposed to environmental factors such as noise and dust. •Demonstrated capacity to use a laptop and standard keyboard.
