Required Skills: •Lead cross-functional complex project by defining scope, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and driving accountability to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. •Manage timelines and scope to drive successful project outcomes, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure adherence to commitments. •Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, Commercial, Brand, R&D, procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to maintain alignment and transparency across all stakeholders. •Facilitate effective communication, providing clear project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership. •Champion process discipline and best practices, ensuring adherence to KDP’s project management •Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and applying lessons learned across projects. •Provide strategic insight by connecting project objectives to broader business goals and identifying opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and innovation. •Support commercialization readiness, ensuring all supply chain, procurement, and production elements are aligned for timely launch and execution Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field. •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. •Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar or enterprise-level commercialization, capital, or expense projects. •Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels—both verbally and in writing. •Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously. •Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. •Leadership & Team Culture •Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and trust, empowering teams to deliver results and grow professionally. •Model clear, transparent communication and promote alignment around shared goals and success measures. •Champion inclusion and diverse perspectives, recognizing the value of varied experiences and viewpoints.
