Qualifications: •A solid understanding and familiarity of MDOT construction requirements, local standards, agency permitting requirements, and MDOT Local Agency Program requirements. •Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. •Demonstrated capacity to manage a project schedule, budget and project team. •Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities, and ability to work independently or on a team. •Able to communicate effectively to the team, client and contractors. •Demonstrated capacity to work remote and in person effectively. •Must be able to train less experienced staff and be a team player.
