Required Skills: •Work directly with execute leadership to identify and establish strategic office locations in South Carolina and nearby states. •Lead our business development locally to grow our client base and expand services. •Lead cross-discipline collaboration at South Carolina office(s) •Attend professional workshops, meetings and marketing events (SCDOT, ACEC, ASCE) •Identify and develop strategies to secure future work for both small and large-scale projects. •Prepare successful proposals and oversee project selection. •Direct engineering tasks, providing quality control and ensure project deliverables. •Maintain project documentation and records. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. •South Carolina Professional Engineer License. •In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation capabilities. •Compassionate and enthusiastic leadership skills •Demonstrated capacity to exercise sound judgment and make decisions. •Willingness to travel throughout South Carolina. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively, both in-person and remote •Overtime pay at time and a half. •BCBS medical insurance options with industry-low co-shares.
