Qualifications: •Lead discovery activities with global stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and future-state capabilities. •Translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. •Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder reviews to validate requirements and align on product direction. •Define MVP scope, release priorities, and phased delivery strategies that maximize business value while managing risk. •Drive portions of the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery for assigned products and capabilities. •Own execution for small- to medium-sized product areas, including solution definition, validation, development, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement. •Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities and organizational objectives. •Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Architecture, Quality Engineering, and Operations throughout delivery. •Support release planning, user acceptance testing, implementation readiness, change management, and post-launch measurement. •Contribute to the design, enhancement, modernization, and integration of custom software solutions and third-party SaaS platforms.
