Required Skills: •Define product vision, value propositions, and roadmap for vehicle architecture and lifecycle management solutions that can be applied to automotive and adjacent markets. •Write clear, detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories based on product vision and user needs to drive alignment and roadmap execution with engineering •Partner cross-functionally with engineering and program teams to apply Agile product development techniques, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative validation •Actively facilitate and support development and launch of new features and products by working with hardware, software, UX, and system engineering teams •Support global OEM pursuits by contributing to RFQ responses, preparing demonstration materials, and supporting pre-sales engagements •Monitor market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments to continuously refine product strategies •Partner cross-functionally with marketing and customer engineering teams to develop training materials, product documentation, and communications tools •Partner with Aptiv’s global product teams and suppliers to ensure roadmap alignment and technical integration feasibility Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline •Operational familiarity with lifecycle and analytics solutions such as containers, OTA, and Observability/Analytics is desired. •Operational familiarity with existing middleware solutions such as Adaptive AutoSAR, Data Distribution Services and/or ROS 2 is a bonus. •Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset •Passion for innovation, user experience, and next-generation vehicle technologies •Willingness to travel internationally for team alignment, OEM engagements, and major events •Private health care effective day 1 of employment •Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Designated time off, Parental leave) •Relocation assistance may be available •Learning and development opportunities Compensation: •Operational familiarity with existing middleware solutions such as Adaptive AutoSAR, Data Distribution Services and/or ROS 2 is a bonus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
