Required Skills: •Lead planning and execution across platform domains focused on UI/UX frameworks, documents, alerts, messaging, notifications, and overall usability and usage. •Drive a consistent, intuitive, and high-quality client experience across all capabilities, channels, and devices. •Coordinate delivery across multiple agile teams and shared capability product domains to ensure dependency alignment and predictable outcomes. •Partner across product, engineering, UX, and shared services teams to deliver aligned, scalable solutions. •Build out and leverage client insights, analytics, and market trends to identify opportunities and prioritize enhancements. •Define product requirements, epics, features, and user stories to support agile delivery. •Establish platform standards and governance to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence. •Lead cross-functional initiatives and go-to-market activities for new capabilities and enhancements.
