Required Skills: •Lead roadmap planning and execution for the Goals Powered Solutions platform and its supporting capabilities. •Partner with business stakeholders to define and prioritize capabilities that strengthen goals-based advice, financial planning, advisor workflows, and client engagement. •Drive delivery across multiple agile teams and shared platform domains, ensuring alignment of priorities, dependencies, and outcomes. •Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, UX, data, and architecture teams to design and deliver scalable, modern solutions. •Define product requirements, epics, features, and user stories to support Agile delivery and strategic business objectives. •Establish and maintain platform governance, business capability ownership, and product standards to ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence. •Partner with enterprise teams to integrate shared data, services, and platforms that enable seamless advisor and client experiences. •Leverage advisor feedback, client insights, analytics, and market trends to identify opportunities and inform investment decisions. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience leading complex platforms, shared capabilities, or enterprise product initiatives. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. •Advanced product management, Agile, or financial services certifications preferred.
