Hiring: Sr. Product Manager - Core Services Company: Color Location: South San Francisco, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:33:51 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Product Management, Product Strategy, SQL, User Experience About the job Experience: •5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on business operations platforms, internal tooling, or customer-facing implementation and configuration systems Required Skills: •Create the next-generation vision for the Core Services platform in alignment with Color’s goals and vision to leverage AI to drive business efficiency and customer success •Strategically drive strategy and roadmap for Core Services, including customer implementations, billing, eligibility, contract configuration, fulfillment, lab systems, and authentication •Lead the integration of advanced technologies- deeply embedding AI to automate operational workflows, reduce manual effort, and accelerate customer time-to-value •Lead a cross-functional team to deliver product changes that meaningfully improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and Color’s ability to scale •Leverage, advocate for and enable self-service and “AI builder” capabilities, while maintaining the flexibility, integrity, and safety of our systems •Provide thought leadership on novel approaches to business automation, self-service configuration, and platform extensibility •Collaborate and drive alignment with execs, business operations leaders, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business goals •Partner cross-functionally with data teams to define and track metrics that measure the impact of the Core Services platform on operational efficiency, customer onboarding, and system reliability Qualifications: •Possible Projects To Contribute To Customer Implementation Platform: building self-service and automated tooling to reduce manual effort in customer onboarding, product configuration, and contract setup- accelerating time-to-launch and enabling the operations team to scale without headcount. •Eligibility and Billing Modernization: unifying eligibility file ingestion, member management, and billing infrastructure into a reliable, auditable system that reduces errors, accelerates reconciliation, and surfaces actionable data to Finance and Operations teams in real time.
