Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense. •10 years of relevant prior experience Required Skills: •Act as a recognized signal processing subject matter expert, technical leader, and/or functional leader responsible for the budget, schedule, development, execution, and completion of complex program objectives. •Use and modify simulations for the design, development, prototyping, integration, testing, and performance assessment of RF algorithms and models. •Participate in production, engineering lab, field test environments to test, verify, and validate RF models and signal processing algorithm performance in accordance with requirements. •Collaborate in all development phases from program start-up to live-fire testing, making improvements to processes and providing signal processing expertise in design reviews, peer reviews, and technical briefings to internal and external customers. •Oversee a technical team, mentor engineers, and/or manage an engineering project. •Signal processing experience in the RF domain Qualifications: •Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant prior experience •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued Security Clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start. •Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Applied Math Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
