The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our •Perform as a Senior Principal Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts •Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with internal or external customers, in written and oral format. •Establishes and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction according to defined objectives while adhering to established policies. •Report task statuses as required for all recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and oral format. •Oversee and lead the reliable operations of multi-user computer systems working with system engineers, PC desktop technicians, networking engineers, project managers, end users, and IT/Cyber management. •Analyze and make recommendations to internal or external customer requirements and determine equipment and software requirements for solutions to problems. •Recommend and implement system enhancements, to include automation, that will improve the performance of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management.
