This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment where change management and ambiguity are part of the journey! •Lead the CDH benefit implementation of employer onboarding for SMB and Mid-Market clients through our strategic partners. •Manage bulk HSA and Notional migrations, ensuring seamless transitions for employers. •Collaborate on partner implementation projects, contributing to the ongoing success of First Dollar's platform. •Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with partners and employers. •Ensure partners maximize value from our platform by understanding and advocating for their needs. •Mitigate risks and prevent churn by identifying issues early and leading mitigation efforts. •Function as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback for product improvements. Qualifications: •Strong relationship and communication skills, applied to both internal and external clients •Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks within specified timelines •Demonstrated capacity to solve complex issues, both independently and in a collaborative team environment •Demonstrated capacity to make timely and accurate decisions •Strong follow-through and follow-up skills •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook •Demonstrated capacity to maintain the highest quality of service and professionalism •Deep experience with Consumer Directed Health Benefits and regulations •Curiosity: A naturally curious person who thrives on learning new things. •CDH Experience: Experience or interest in Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) or adjacent industries.
