Required Skills: •Hill International is seeking a Sr. Office Engineer Manager in Valencia, California •Provide support and be a liaison between internal departments and Project Manager to manage such matters as grant funding reporting, Program Management reporting, and other coordination needed with staff. •Provide support and be a liaison between Project Manager and Vendor/Contract Management to facilitate task orders, change orders, requisitions, and other matters handled through Primavera Unifier. •Coordinate, manage, and prioritize Project Manager’s duties related to other assigned responsibilities, executive meetings, and board required reporting. •Coordinate, manage, and prioritize Project Manager’s interactions with field staff. •Coordinate, manage, and assist Caltrans Oversight Engineer in the prioritization, follow up, and any technical support required for timely response. •Utilize software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Unifier, and the Microsoft Office Suite of products to provide support for all functions. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. •Demonstrated success in effective communication within team and with stakeholders. •Computer literate with deep experience in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to teach and/or tutor staff in the use of Office applications. •The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $195,000.
