Required Skills: •This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of either our Raleigh, NC office, with an in-office requirement of two days per week. •Attract outstanding and qualified Doctors of Optometry who will deliver a first-class patient experience to their patients and ensure optometric coverage as needed •Communicate with Professional Services, Regional Field Leaders and other senior level executives during regularly scheduled recruitment meetings and as needed to provide updates and determine recruiting needs/strategies. •Articulate company’s value proposition including culture and benefits, and MyEyeDr.’s Purpose, Promise, Vision and Values to promote MyEyeDr as both the provider and employer of choice. •Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and referral relationships with newly hired and tenured MED doctors, using various sources and creative methods. •Manage expectations, provide feedback, and propose innovative solutions to operational and clinical leaders. •Consider optometrist’s clinical abilities and practice’s demographics and modality when aligning candidates with practice settings. •Utilize effective recruiting resources and best in class techniques to manage requisitions, place ads, prescreen, interview, and negotiate offers of employment.
