Required Skills: •The Senior NPD Engineer leads the design and development of complex medical devices from concept through commercialization. This role focuses on product design, engineering analysis, testing, and technical problem-solving while ensuring products are safe, reliable, manufacturable, and compliant with regulatory requirements. •The Senior Engineer works independently, leads key design projects, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and provides technical guidance to other engineers. •Product Design & Development •Lead medical device development from concept through verification, validation, and commercialization. •Translate customer and product requirements into detailed designs and engineering specifications. •Develop product architectures, components, and assemblies using 3D CAD. •Design products for performance, reliability, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance. •Develop new product concepts, materials, technologies, and design solutions.
