Required Skills: •Lead and manage strategic initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and overall manufacturing performance. •Design and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure high productivity and product quality. •Mentor and coach junior engineers by providing technical guidance and support. •Partner cross-functionally with R&D teams to ensure the manufacturability of new products and their seamless integration into production. •Leverage expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts to drive innovation and process improvements. •Oversee maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. •Diagnose complex equipment issues and provide effective solutions to maintain optimal performance. •Lead and coordinate the tasking of manufacturing or maintenance teams to achieve project goals. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. •Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +6 yrs experience). •Typically 8+ years of related experience. •The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required Extensive experience in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes. •Expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts. •Extensive experience in manufacturing operations. •Expertise in diagnosing complex manufacturing issues and providing solutions. •Proficiency in advanced CAD software (ex: NX). •Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. •Demonstrated capacity to lead tasking of manufacturing teams.
