Hiring: Sr. Manager, Total Rewards Company: Benefit Cosmetics Location: San Francisco, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 11:55:12 Employment Type: Contract / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Project Management About the job Required Skills: •Lead and support compensation programs, including annual compensation planning, market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation, incentive planning, pay equity analysis, and compensation governance. •Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide thoughtful guidance on offers, promotions, adjustments, leveling, and compensation-related decisions. •Actively facilitate and support design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of benefits, recognition, wellbeing, and rewards programs that enhance the employee experience. •Use data, benchmarking, and market insights to evaluate program competitiveness, identify risks and opportunities, and make clear recommendations to leadership. •Partner with LVMH Compensation & Benefits partners to execute key compensation processes and ensure compensation plans and strategies are aligned. •Partner with Finance on compensation budgets, workforce planning inputs, forecast assumptions, scenario modeling, and labor cost analysis. •Create reports, dashboards, and executive-ready materials that help leaders understand rewards trends and make informed people decisions. •Develop and maintain Total Rewards policies, tools, templates, process documentation, and employee- and manager-facing communications.
