Required Skills: •Accountable for maintaining executable schedules to meet manufacturing daily requirements through a team. •Provide guidance and leadership in all aspects of planning from forecast entry, order creation, material planning, through staging of materials for production. •Responsible to support and lead S&OP/Operating Review meetings – identify business critical issues and facilitate discussion and decision making in support of goals and objectives. •Provide guidance, support, direction and leadership through positive interactions with all personnel during daily operations. •Assist in setting performance objectives and development plans. •Lead and oversee working with Directors to develop strategies and plans for maturing the organization. •Works with Project Management, Manufacturing, Process Validation, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, and Technical Services in support of business objectives. •Lead and facilitate cross functional teams in support of strategic initiatives both within the SC organization and across the business units.
