Required Skills: •Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Manager, Security Engineering •Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Information Security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. •Develop and implement the organization’s information security strategy, policies, and standards, and strategize long-term security initiatives that strengthen overall resilience. •Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring, detection, and incident response, and influence operational practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. •Lead the investigation and resolution of major security incidents, providing analysis and recommendations, while helping shape future prevention and response capabilities. •Manage the implementation and operation of advanced security technologies, such as SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence platforms. •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST. •Conduct regular security audits, assessments, and penetration tests to evaluate vulnerabilities and forecast emerging risks that may impact the organization.
