Our team delivers critical designs for multiple AMD products and our team is growing both in capability and size, so the candidate must have the ability and desire to guide and develop people and teams. •Key Responsibilities •Defines, plans and drives projects and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance •Scope technical feasibility of new Products by clarifying and analyzing requirements with SW/HW Architects, Technical Leads and Engineers •Develop program schedule by considering various Driver, SW Stack components and HW/FW dependencies, negotiate and create a staffing plan that supports the schedule •Building, creating, and maintaining a well-developed, managed and executed program plan is critical •You will establish formal program management artifacts including a plan of record, statements of work, project/program timelines, budget, scope, performance, and quality KPIs •Excellence in resource planning is necessary •The successful candidate must also plan for risks in the development path, identify prevention methods, and address them to save on engineering costs •Being comfortable working with senior executives is a hard requirement.
