This leader will drive operational excellence across all payment processors, acquirers, and local payment methods globally to maximize transaction success and minimize cost-of-acceptance. •Risk, Compliance, & Regulatory Alignment: Partner closely with Fraud/Risk and Accounts Receivable to balance checkout conversion with fraud mitigation (such as optimizing 3DS and chargeback operations), while ensuring global compliance with PCI-DSS, local scheme rules, and payment regulations. •Stay informed of payment industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies. •Participate in any other treasury or ad hoc finance projects. •Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines in fast paced environment •Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of end-to-end payments processing, including payment methods – card and wallet based payments, card networks and rules, acquiring and processing, and the regulatory environment •Strong organizational and communication skills •High degree of accuracy and attention to detail •Requires a minimum of (10 ) ten years in international ecommerce payment processing •Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
