Required Skills: •Own and operate the Large Program Control Tower across priority customer programs, ensuring consistent visibility into schedule, material readiness, engineering, quality, manufacturing, services, logistics, revenue risk, and customer commitments. •Define and manage the governance cadence for large programs, including weekly operating reviews, cross-functional risk reviews, executive reviews, action reviews, and escalation forums. •Translate executive priorities into structured governance plans with clear milestones, decision points, owners, due dates, escalation paths, and measurable outcomes. •Maintain the single source of truth for large-program health, including status dashboards, milestone readiness, risk registers, issue logs, decision logs, action trackers, and leadership escalation summaries. •Drive early identification, prioritization, and escalation of cross-functional risks and issues that could impact customer commitments, factory execution, shipment readiness, quality, revenue recognition, or program delivery. •Establish cross-functional operating metronomes with MDM, Planning, Materials, SIOP, Engineering, Manufacturing, Services, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent data visibility, issue escalation, and action closure. •Prepare executive-ready governance materials that convert complex program inputs into concise narratives, risk heatmaps, decision recommendations, customer-impact summaries, and leadership action plans. •Standardize large-program governance practices, including reporting templates, readiness checkpoints, escalation criteria, sponsorship models, action tracking, decision management, and program review discipline. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, Analytics, or related field required. •Strong proficiency with ERP systems, reporting tools, and data analytics platforms, including Oracle and Power BI or equivalent tools, to support program health visibility, governance insights, and executive decision-making. •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional accountability, influence outcomes without direct authority, and drive actions to closure across Sales, Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Services, Finance, and Commercial teams. •In-depth knowledge of risk, issue, escalation, and decision-management practices in complex program environments. •Demonstrated capacity to synthesize complex operational, financial, customer, and supply-chain inputs into clear executive narratives, recommendations, decision points, and next steps. •Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills with attention to accuracy, follow-through, and executive-ready deliverables. •MBA degree preferred. •Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, APICS/CPIM, or other relevant program management, operations, or continuous-improvement certification preferred. •In-depth knowledge of SIOP / IBP, demand planning, supply planning, material readiness, and factory execution processes and how they impact program risk and customer commitments.
