Must be able to convert regulatory text into succinct programs, policies, procedures and other useful tools and resources. •Possess knowledge of content management systems and technical writing best practices. •Excellent communication, organizational skills, project and change management skills. •Minimum 7 years’ experience supporting multiple operations across multiple geographies. •Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, direct or indirect. Required Skills: •Designs, develops and implements ACIs Safety policies, programs, processes, systems and governance that ensure safety compliance, continuous improvement, and increased performance. •Participates and leads in cross-functional team in the development of safety programs. •Serves as a subject matter expert and provides regulatory assistance, technical support and training to all levels within the organization. •Routinely reviews technical programs for effectiveness and compliance to regulatory requirements. •Drive safety as a core value and results to an operational level. •Demonstrates depth and breadth of knowledge in hazard recognition, evaluation and control, and serves as safety subject matter expert. •Effective technical writing skills with the ability to interpret federal and state OSHA regulations, National Consensus Standards and apply them in ACIs safety management system appropriately. •Partner cross-functionally with the business and various levels of management to write, publish, and maintain policies, procedures, and related materials. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Professional safety certification such as CSP or ASP preferred.
