Hiring: Sr Manager, Application Systems Company: AGCO Corporation Location: Jackson, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:34:34 Employment Type: On-site About the job Required Skills: •Technical & Business Leadership •Define and execute the engineering strategy for application systems, including liquid, dry, and chassis systems, aligned with Crop Care product roadmaps and business priorities. •Lead development of system architectures, technology selection, and platform scalability. •Ensure delivery of reliable, high-quality application systems meeting performance, reliability, cost, and regulatory requirements. •Drive innovation within application systems, including integration of new technologies and product enhancements. •Oversee large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs with significant technical complexity and budget responsibility.
