Qualifications: •8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial systems, or accounting operations, with a minimum of 4+ years in a Revenue Accounting or Revenue Systems leadership role at a public company. •5+ years of people management experience •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. •Comprehensive expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition standard •Applied hands-on capability in large-scale ERP platforms (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or equivalent) •Operational familiarity with data pipeline concepts, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) sufficient to partner effectively with Fintech engineering teams. •Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale systems implementations or finance transformation programs in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. •Strong command of SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs) and application controls in a complex systems landscape. •Exceptional project management skills - ability to drive multiple concurrent workstreams across FinTech, accounting, and business stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and deliver on time. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate technical system concepts to accounting audiences and accounting requirements to FinTech teams with equal fluency.
