This role sits at the heart of our deal-making engine — sourcing compelling opportunities, leading rigorous due diligence, managing portfolio relationships, and contributing to the fund's evolving investment thesis. •Candidates will be evaluated and placed at the appropriate level based on experience, demonstrated track record, and scope of prior responsibility. Both levels require a hands-on operator with strong analytical instincts, a developing network, and the drive to build proprietary deal flow. •Lead specific due diligence workstreams including market sizing, customer references, GLG calls, and financial modeling •Draft high-quality investment memos for senior review and IC preparation; own deal mechanics from term sheet through close (P5) •Coordinate legal and technical reviews under partner guidance; synthesize findings across workstreams Qualifications: •MBA or equivalent advanced degree minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a relevant operating role •Strong analytical skills with the ability to build financial models, conduct market analysis, and synthesize complex information into clear investment recommendations •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft polished memos and present findings with conviction •Self-directed with high ownership mentality; able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment •Prior experience in or deep familiarity with one or more of the fund's focus areas •Existing relationships within the venture ecosystem — founders, co-investors, accelerators, or corporate development teams •Due to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
