Hiring: Sr. Integration Technician Company: Long Wall Location: El Segundo, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:24:10 Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly, Manufacturing Execution Systems About the job Experience: •Knowledge of ESD, FOD, and tool control •Proficient with work instructions, engineering drawings, and technical manuals to perform a variety of electro/mechanical assembly operations •Knowledge of 5S principles and AS9100 •Proficient with precision tooling (calipers, torque wrenches, pin gauges) •Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing environment Required Skills: •Integrate launch vehicle and supporting ground equipment per work instructions, taking a lead role in resolving build non-conformances •Test systems after integration, including high-pressure leak checks •Work alongside engineers to execute procedures effectively to safely accomplish integration and testing activities •Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on fluid, mechanical, and electrical systems •Integrate key components and hardware, including engine and vehicle checkouts •Perform assembly of propulsion systems and electrical harness routing •Maintain high-level documentation and work cross-functionally as needed Qualifications: •High School Diploma •6+ years of hands-on technical experience within manufacturing •Demonstrated capacity to sit or stand for extended periods of time •Demonstrated capacity to use a computer to complete assignments •Demonstrated capacity to communicate with individuals and groups in person, by phone, and telepresence •Demonstrated capacity to pick up to 20lbs •Demonstrated capacity to work off ladders •IPC J-STD-001 or NASA-STD-8739 certification Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
