In Career, we help organizations shape and activate better workforce decisions with speed, confidence and impact. •This role will lead HR transformation engagements that intentionally embed AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to accelerate value, improve decision-making, and modernize HR functions and operations. •Contribute to Marsh and the solution area. Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development and go-to-market collateral that integrates AI-driven HR transformation.
