Qualifications: •All employees are responsible for knowing, understanding and complying with the safety policies and procedures. •Wear PPE when appropriate in designated campus areas. •Progressive HR experience demonstrating mid- to advanced-career-level knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures. •Demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment/staffing, performance management, and HR business partnering. •Solid functional working knowledge of workers’ compensation, payroll, compensation, benefits, and applicable employment practices. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive employee matters. •Bachelor's Degree required •SHRM-CP, PHR certification is encouraged Compensation: •$80,800 - $111,100 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
