Qualifications: •Demonstrated technical proficiency in HRIS modules, HR platforms, and information technology systems, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in new systems and tools. •Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate and explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization. •Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to diagnose system and data issues and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions. •Proven project management skills and experience applying structured project management practices to HR technology or IT projects, from requirement gathering through implementation and adoption. •Detailed-oriented approach to ensuring data quality, data integrity, and data security across all HR systems and processes. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with HRBPs and other members of the Human Resources team to drive business results through HR technology solutions. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in safeguarding sensitive information. •Understands and works with the organization's mission, vision, structure, and goals. •Applied hands-on capability in UKG Pro, including system configuration, module administration and end-user support.
