Qualifications: •Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, documentation, and conflict resolution. •Solid functional working knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and HR best practices. •Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated capacity to build credibility with employees, supervisors, and leadership. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems. •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. •HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar. •Prior experience working with HRIS platforms.
