Hiring: Sr. Group Benefits Sales Executive Company: Lincoln Financial Location: Dallas, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:49:32 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Experience: •Applications for this position will be accepted through Friday, September 25, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume •What’s it like to work here? •Clearly defined career tracks and job levels, along with associated behaviors for each of Lincoln's core values and leadership attributes •Leadership development and virtual training opportunities •Competitive 401K and employee benefits Required Skills: •Group Benefits Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships to meet or exceed established sales goals, quotas or objectives by working directly with groups in the assigned territory. •Interface directly with Advisors, Registered Representatives, Brokers, Plan Sponsors and Participants in the assigned territory to increase sales revenue and market share in offering our ancillary products. •Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned territory and products, assessing impacts, and collaborating with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions. •In addition, you will develop and maintains an understanding of LFG's products, services, and operational structure to enhance ability to identify and target sales growth opportunities. •Provide education, information, training & advice on Lincoln’s products & services to assigned Advisors, Registered Representatives, Brokers and/or Plan Sponsor/Participants. •Build and maintain business relationships through effective communication via email, phone and in person with internal/external stakeholders in a customer centric and professional demeanor. •Develop and execute basic plans to increase/gain opportunities to introduce Lincoln’s products/services, management & other resources to stakeholders. •Identify, recommend and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality.
