Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. •Strong knowledge of employment law, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and other HR regulations. •Excellent conflict resolution and employee relations skills. •Demonstrated capacity to build credibility and influence at all organizational levels. •Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. •Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
