Required Skills: •Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, C#/.NET, SQL Server, and Postgres, writing reusable, reliable code across the front end and back end. •Develop and manage robust APIs and system integrations, with a strong emphasis on healthcare data integrations using standards like FHIR. •Build and debug containerized applications in a Kubernetes environment •Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. •Design and manage database schemas and queries using SQL Server and Postgres. •Implement and maintain data security and privacy measures, ensuring strict compliance with regulations like HIPAA. •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. •Use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code as a routine part of the development workflow: scope work for agents, review agent-generated changes, and hold that output to the same review, security, and quality bar as human-written code.
