Required Skills: •Develop accurate monthly inventory forecasts and the annual inventory plan and support monthly reporting for the planning organization. •Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Supply Chain finance teams to report on inventory and related reserves. •Develop, enhance, and analyze reports that provide trends and insights into key performance metrics for Business Units, categories, and key customers. •Participate as the Finance representative in Business Unit supply and demand planning reviews to ensure that business updates included there are aligned and properly reflected in inventory forecasts and planning. •Partner cross-functionally with the Category and Supply Chain Finance teams to identify opportunities to streamline reporting, enhance analytical capabilities, and improve effectiveness of metrics and insights to support overall business performance. •Support consistent, baseline financial reporting across divisions to enable comparability across the company. •This is a full-time hybrid role based in Oak Brook, Illinois. •3-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles, preferably within a CPG or manufacturing environment. Qualifications: •Support financial planning and analysis activities for reporting and master data management. •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
