Hiring: Sr Finance Manager Company: Solstice Advanced Materials Location: Morris Plains, NJ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 11:12:33 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Segment About the job Experience: •8 years of experience in progressive finance roles Required Skills: •Report directly to our Electronic & Specialty Materials (ESM) segment CFO, and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains, New Jersey location on a hybrid work schedule. •Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team in consistently preparing Timely, Accurate, and Complete deliverables. Includes monthly close reporting, weekly Pulse Deliverables, Monthly Electronics Specialty Materials (ESM) segment MOR and SOL LT presentation decks, quarterly MD&A commentary and annual AOP processes. •Develop tactical and leadership qualities in direct reports, expanding their exposure and presentation opportunities while providing coaching on purpose and effectiveness. Lead with humbleness and coach the importance of telling the story to leadership that informs their decisions and highlights opportunity levers and risk mitigation tactics. •Collaborate across functions to understand the complete business objectives and continue to grow both confidence and trust in the Finance organization. •Consolidate multiple lines of business into the holistic whole of ESM and provide support to the CFO by escalating significant variances and risks that have potential to deviate from the commitment that has been communicated. •Build a strong Say/Do ratio, both in forecast accuracy and in action items taken away from meetings/calls •A minimum of 8 years of experience in progressive finance roles •Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
