Required Skills: •Own day-to-day coordination of corporate risk management activities across Finance, Treasury, Legal, Sales, Commercial Finance, and other internal teams •Manage the lifecycle of trade finance instruments, including bid bonds, performance guarantees, letters of credit, and other instruments •Partner with Treasury and banking partners to coordinate applications, issuance, monitoring, renewals, and release of trade finance instruments while clarifying execution responsibilities •Use JIRA or other workflow tools to track requests, assignees, statuses, aging, bottlenecks, expiration dates, and open risk items. •Monitor open and expiring guarantees, bonds, insurance certificates, and other risk instruments •Coordinate certificate of insurance requests, coverage evidence, and stakeholder follow-up •Support contract negotiations by identifying insurance, indemnity, liability, parent guarantee, performance guarantee, and other trade finance requirements •Partner with Legal and Commercial teams to evaluate non-standard contract terms and ensure business risk acceptance is explicit and approved by the appropriate decision makers Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
